Independently verified: (1) ATR's own page listing AZ pledge signers explicitly names 'Rep. Juan Ciscomani (AZ-06)' as a signer of the Taxpayer Protection Pledge — the promise is the act of signing plus the ongoing commitment, and the signing is confirmed. (2) His marquee tax vote in Congress — H.R. 1 (One Big Beautiful Bill Act), Roll Call 145 on 5/22/2025 — is a 'Yea' per the Clerk of the House, and the bill extended the 2017 TCJA rates and added further cuts. No evidence of a pledge-breaking vote for an income-tax-rate increase or unmatched net reduction of deductions has surfaced. FULL at 0.75 (not 1.0) is appropriate because the pledge is a continuing commitment and future votes could still test it. A Democrat who signed the same pledge and voted the same way would earn the same rating; the standard is neutral.
