The introduced text of H.J.Res.11 matches the pledge exactly (3 House terms, 2 Senate terms). H.J.Res.11 advanced to a House Judiciary Committee markup on 2023-09-28 where a Motion to Report was defeated 17-19 (correction to prior rationale that said 'did not move beyond referral'), so no floor vote occurred.
