Wikipedia confirms she served only as an Iowa State Representative (85th district, 2021-2023) and lost the 2022 and 2024 IA-01 U.S. House races to Mariannette Miller-Meeks (2024 decided after a recount). Miller-Meeks' official House.gov site confirms she is the sitting IA-01 Representative. State legislators have no authority to expand federal Medicare benefits, so Bohannan has had no genuine opportunity to act on this campaign promise. NO_OPPORTUNITY is the fair, party-neutral outcome — any candidate of any party without federal office would receive the same label.
