Independently re-verified. Rep. Issa's official House press release confirms Marie Gluesenkamp Perez as an original cosponsor of the SMART Act. Her own official House press release confirms she introduced the Fair Repair Act (Feb 2026, with Rep. Morelle and Sen. Lujan) and lists her championing right-to-repair across sectors: FARM Act (2025), Warrior Right to Repair Act (2025), and REPAIR Act (2025). She has actively led/driven the right-to-repair effort across multiple bills, but none have been enacted into law — so the 'pass' half is unfulfilled. CHAMPIONED (+0.75) is the correct outcome. Same standard would apply to any party.
