R. 2422 To transfer the headquarters of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to Brevard County, Florida, and for other purposes. _______________________________________________________________________ IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES March 27, 2025 Mr. Donalds (for himself, Mr. Diaz-Balart, Ms. Wasserman Schultz, and Mr. Moskowitz) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology _______________________________________________________________________ A BILL To transfer the headquarters of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to Brevard County, Florida, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Consolidating Aerospace Programs Efficiently at Canaveral Act'' or the ``CAPE Canaveral Act''. SEC. 2. TRANSFER OF NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION HEADQUARTERS TO BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA. Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the headquarters of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration shall be transferred to Brevard County, Florida. <all>
