Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Warrior Infertility Act''. SEC. 2. INFERTILITY AS A CONDITION PRESUMED TO BE INCURRED OR AGGRAVATED BY TOXIC EXPOSURE. Section 1120(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by redesignating paragraph (15) as paragraph (16); and (2) by inserting, after paragraph (14), the following new paragraph (15): ``(15) Infertility.''. <all>
